The bed in the double room was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The bathroom was particularly well-equipped with a walk-in shower. The staff were superbly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with nearby cafes and easy access to the main shopping center and a supermarket.

I didn't want to leave and would like to come again. I liked that it was fairly clean and ideal, the staff were incredibly nice and rooms were brand-new. The fact that Suanzes tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great, close to a beautiful park and with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The pool on the roof was a great addition, perfect for a refreshing swim. The staff, especially Mary at reception, were friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Bestprice Alcala.

Although the breakfast wasn't included, there was a simple but nice place just around the corner. However, I would have liked more options for a vegan or low-carb diet.
